Refund & Return Policy

At Topspin Cart (OPC) Private Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium table tennis and fitness equipment. If something isn't right, we are here to help.
Because we sell high-performance, specialized gear, please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following safety and quality criteria:
· The item must be completely unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
· It must be in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and plastic wraps intact.
· Please note: For table tennis rubbers, we cannot accept returns once the protective plastic seal has been peeled off or if the rubber has been glued or cut.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for safety and quality control reasons:
· Items on clearance or marked as "Final Sale".
· Customized or pre-assembled gear (such as a blade where we pre-assembled/glued the rubbers for you at your request).
3. How to Start a Return

1. Share your Order Number and the reason for the return.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
· If the return is due to our error (you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Topspin Cart will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a pickup.
· If the return is due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong specification (e.g., wrong sponge thickness or wrong handle type), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Support Email] with photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right immediately.
6. Refunds Process
